The Critical Disability Studies Minor logo was designed by Julia Sigrist, one of the first students in the minor, who graduated in Spring 2026.
The logo spells out the letters C, D, and S (for Critical Disability Studies) using a mobility aid (crutch), a prosthetic arm, different pills, and a hearing aid, which are all different items that disabled people use/require for daily life. The color pallet chosen is colorblind friendly.
